PROCESSING TIME

During our regular business hours, we expect a 2-3 day turnaround. In rare cases, and during the busy holiday season, it could be up to 5 days.  We know you are excited, I mean, who isn't excited for new gear? We promise to do everything we can to ensure the quickest possible turnaround.

SHIPPING

1. FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

We offer free in-store pickup to help avoid delivery fees altogether.  Please select "Free In-store Pickup - Sussex" at checkout. If you choose this option your item will be held at our main store at 597 Main Street, Sussex, N.B. 

* Please bring a photo I.D. to collect your purchase. 

2. Shipping costs are based on urban delivery. Other charges may apply for shipments to non-major urban centers, Northern regions, and remote locations.
If extra shipping charges are required for your order we will contact you to confirm shipping costs and determine payment. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Online orders ship from our store Tuesday to Friday and are not processed or shipped on weekends or statutory holidays.

3. ATLANTIC CANADA DELIVERY

Please stay tuned while we work on a seamless process for delivery throughout Atlantic Canada.  In the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us prior to purchase to see if we can work something out.

RETURNS

Sorry, no cash refunds. Outdoor Elements Inc. will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damage, including original tags, within 30 days of purchase.  Anything purchased from our 'Sale Rack' is considered a final sale.
